The staff made everything so easy from dropping the car off in the drive, to chatting at the desk. I felt assured they would look into everything I needed, would consult me and I did not feel uncomfortable about anything.

My car was called in for a recall. The reception who arranged my appointment was polite and helpful with my enquiry. The job was completed within a day and I had my pride and joy back in my hands in a great condition.

All staff I have ever discussed any issues have a great attitude and are very knowledgeable which gives the consumer every confidence in knowing that your vehicle is being well cared for.
